Atender reads nothing until you choose at least one space. Archived and draft pages are skipped.
Edits arrive on their own

Give a billing specialist the billing space and a technical specialist the product docs. Each one searches only what it was given.
Connect Confluence in the app

Open Knowledge sources
In Settings, open Knowledge sources and click Connect Confluence.
- Step 2
Choose your site
Sign in to Atlassian and choose your Confluence site. Atender asks for read access only.
- Step 3
Choose spaces
Back in Atender, pick the spaces to read. The first sync starts when the list closes.
- Step 4
Give it to a specialist
In a specialist's Knowledge tab, switch Confluence on for all spaces or only chosen ones.
