Answer “where is my order?” from your store

Connect your Shopify store and your AI agents look up the customer's own orders, tracking, prices and stock, then answer in the chat. No copying order numbers between tabs.

What it answers

The questions a webshop gets every day

Four lookups, each answered from live Shopify data at the moment the customer asks.

Order status and tracking

Where the order is, the carrier, the expected delivery date and the tracking link. Cancelled orders and orders on hold are explained, not just labelled.

Order history

What the customer ordered, when, and what they paid, so a question about an older order gets a straight answer.

Prices

The price the customer will actually pay, taken from your live catalogue instead of a price list someone forgot to update.

Stock

Whether a product is in stock and how many are left, at the moment the customer asks.

Only the customer's own orders

Before an order lookup, the customer proves who they are: signed in on your site, or with a one-time code sent to their email. The lookup uses that verified email, and the AI has no way to type in another one. Ask it for someone else's orders and it declines.

  • Prices and stock need no verification
  • Order status and history always do
  • Works with your existing sign-in
Product tag

You decide what it can quote

Pick a tag and add it to the products the AI may talk about. Only tagged, active products are visible to it, so it quotes the bundle the customer actually buys, not a part sold separately or last year's model. You change the list in Shopify, with nothing to redeploy.

One store per country

Selling in several countries? Give each store the countries it sells to, and every customer is looked up in the right one. If the AI doesn't know where the customer ordered, it asks. It never guesses from their language and tells them their order doesn't exist.

  • One store or one per country
  • The customer's own words decide the country
  • Product searches are translated into your store's language when needed
Setup

Read-only, and set up with you

The connection reads orders, customers, products and stock. It never changes anything in your store.

  1. 01

    Add your store

Under Channels → Shopify in Atender: your store address and an admin key from Shopify. The key is stored encrypted and shown only once.

  2. 02

    Say where it sells

Give the store its countries, and a product tag if the AI should only talk about some products. One store or one per country.

  3. 03

    Go live with us

We switch the order lookups on for your Agent Stack with you, and test them on a verified customer before real customers see them.
