A whole week of AI failures arrives as a short stack of cards — each one a single decision, with a plain verdict and the actual change in front of you. Skip with an arrow key, apply with a click. Proven before you ever see it
Every fix is backtested — replayed against the real conversations that failed — and the result leads with plain words: “4 more resolved in replay”. Fixes that don’t beat your current setup are filtered out instead of shown with false confidence. If nothing worked, it tells you that too.
It asks. You answer. In any language.
When a fix needs a fact only your business knows — how long the refund window is, which form to send — Supervisor asks a short question instead of guessing. Answer in whatever language you think in; the draft rewrites itself in the background. Nothing with a blank left in it can be published.

Supervisor never changes anything on its own. Nothing goes live until you apply it, an applied change can be rolled back — from Change History for routing and instructions, from History → Published for an article — and afterwards it replays the same conversations to tell you whether the fix is still working.
Every good human answer becomes knowledge
When a person steps in and answers something genuinely new, Supervisor drafts a knowledge article from that answer by itself, marked “From a handover”. Your team writes the good answer once; the AI has it the next time someone asks.

Every conversation the AI closed alone gets an honest verdict: confirmed resolved, assumed resolved, or abandoned. You see how it really went rather than how it looked in the resolution rate, split by channel and tracked over time — and the weak ones become next week’s findings.
