Upload your workspace logo
The workspace logo is the image that shows up in the Atender app’s workspace switcher (top-left of the agent UI) and doubles as the browser favicon. This is a per-tenant setting — everyone on your team sees the same logo.
Before you start
- A role with the Look & Feel permission (Owner has this by default; other roles need it explicitly granted).
- An image file in JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG.
- The file must be 5 MB or smaller.
- Recommended size: 64 × 64 pixels or larger. The logo is shown small in most places, so a clean square mark works better than a wide wordmark.
Steps
- Open Settings → Look & Feel.
- Find the Workspace Logo card at the top.
- Click Upload Logo.
- Pick your image in the file picker. Atender uploads it and updates the preview tile in the same card.
- The change saves immediately — no separate “Save” button for the logo. The workspace switcher and browser favicon update across the app.
Remove the logo
If you want to revert to the default Atender icon:
- On the Workspace Logo card, click Remove Logo.
- The logo clears and the workspace switcher shows the default placeholder (your tenant’s first letter).
Verify it worked
- The preview tile in the Workspace Logo card shows your image.
- The workspace switcher icon in the top-left of the app now shows the logo.
- The browser tab’s favicon shows your logo (refresh the tab if you don’t see it; the favicon is cached per page load).
Troubleshooting
-
Symptom: Upload fails with “Invalid file type.” Fix: Atender only accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG. PDFs and other formats aren’t supported.
-
Symptom: Upload fails with “File too large.” Fix: The 5 MB limit is strict. Compress the image or export it at a smaller size before retrying.
-
Symptom: The favicon didn’t change. Fix: Browsers aggressively cache favicons. Open a new tab to the Atender app or hard-refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R). The favicon URL is cache-busted on each page load, so a regular refresh usually does it.
-
Symptom: The logo looks blurry in the workspace switcher. Fix: The switcher renders the image small (around 32 × 32 px). Upload a higher-resolution version (at least 64 × 64) — Atender doesn’t upscale. SVGs scale cleanly at any size.
What about other places that have logos?
The workspace logo set here isn’t automatically applied to your Knowledge Base portal, your Web Chat widget, your status page, your CSAT survey, or your email templates. Each of those has its own branding configuration. See Where does my logo actually appear? for the full map.
